This heat block and heat break combo is designed exclusively for the Rapido 2 Ace hotend. The nickel plated copper alloy heat break and copper alloy heat block deliver superior thermal conductivity compared to standard steel components — transferring heat faster, maintaining temperature stability under high flow conditions, and reducing the risk of heat creep. The included insulation sleeve protects surrounding components and improves thermal efficiency.
