Refund and Returns Policy

SUPPLIES3D is a brand operated by P&D Distributions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its registered address at 150 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 404, Miami, FL 33131. 1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you received your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Two Categories of Products

SUPPLIES3D offers two categories of products, each subject to different return procedures:

  • Proprietary Products — Products we stock and ship directly from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. These include filaments of the brands IIID MAX, Fremover, and Dynalabs, as well as selected 3D printers and spare parts identified as "Shipped from our Miami warehouse" on the product page.
  • Partner Products (Shopify Collective) — Products sold through a partnership program with other U.S.-based merchants via Shopify Collective. These products are fulfilled and returned directly to the partner merchant. This includes most 3D printers, 3D printing resins (for SLA/DLP/LCD printers), spare parts, laser engravers, and CNC machines listed on our website.

The eligibility criteria, timeframes, and fees in Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 apply to both categories. The return procedures and addresses differ, as described in Sections 4 and 5.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Be accompanied by the original order number and proof of purchase.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

4. Return Process for Proprietary Products

To initiate a return for a proprietary product, please email info@supplies3d.shop with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the reason for the return.
  3. Clear photos of the item and its packaging (required for defect or damage claims).

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Approved returns must be sent to:

5. Return Process for Partner Products (Shopify Collective)

Partner products are fulfilled and managed by the partner merchant, and must be returned directly to them. To initiate a return for a partner product:

  1. Email info@supplies3d.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will contact the partner merchant on your behalf and coordinate the return authorization and return shipping address.
  3. Once authorized, you will receive return instructions specific to the partner merchant. Please do not send partner products to our Miami warehouse — they must be sent to the partner merchant's return address.

Partner merchants may apply their own return terms (such as restocking fees, return windows within the general 30-day limit, or non-returnable categories). These terms, when more restrictive than ours, will be disclosed to you before you ship the return. By proceeding with the return, you accept the partner's applicable terms.

6. Restocking Fee (Proprietary Products)

Returns of proprietary products for reasons other than a defect, damage, or our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is clearly disclosed here prior to purchase and covers the processing, inspection, and repackaging of returned goods. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Partner products may be subject to different restocking fees set by the partner merchant, which will be disclosed prior to authorizing the return.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Proprietary products — defect, damage, or our error: SUPPLIES3D will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Proprietary products — other reasons (change of mind, no longer needed): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Partner products: Return shipping cost responsibility depends on the partner merchant's policy, which will be disclosed at the time of return authorization.
  • All returns: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. We cannot process a refund for items that are lost in transit back to us or to the partner merchant.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • 3D printers, laser engravers, or CNC machines that have been powered on, used, or modified (subject to manufacturer warranty only).
  • 3D printing resins that have been opened, partially used, or stored outside the manufacturer's recommended conditions.
  • Items designated as non-returnable by the partner merchant, as disclosed prior to the return authorization.

9. Product Shelf Life (Filaments)

Our filaments have a recommended shelf life of one year. With proper storage conditions (cool, dry, sealed in moisture-proof packaging), they can last several years while maintaining their quality and printing performance.

10. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected — by us (proprietary products) or by the partner merchant (partner products) — we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. For partner products, processing may take up to 15 business days due to the coordination between SUPPLIES3D and the partner merchant. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notification (or 15 business days for partner products):

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; there may be additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@supplies3d.shop with your order number.

12. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  • For proprietary products: email info@supplies3d.shop with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
  • For partner products: email us and we will coordinate the exchange with the partner merchant, subject to their exchange policy.

13. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the return value will be issued to the recipient once the return is received and approved.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original payment method of the gift giver.

14. Product Specifications and Use (Limitation of Liability)

SUPPLIES3D offers the following categories of products:

  • 3D printing filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, and other materials).
  • 3D printing resins for SLA, DLP, and LCD printers (partner products).
  • 3D printers, laser engravers, and CNC machines (proprietary and partner).
  • Spare parts and components.

Filaments and consumables: P&D Distributions LLC guarantees that our proprietary filaments meet the specifications listed on each product page at the time of shipment. We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from incorrect slicer configuration, printer calibration, temperature or speed settings, improper storage after delivery, or user experience level with 3D printing equipment.

3D printing resins: Resins are sold as partner products via Shopify Collective. Each partner merchant guarantees that the resins meet the specifications listed on the product page at the time of shipment. We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from incorrect resin parameters, UV exposure settings, incorrect slicer configuration, printer calibration, improper handling or storage after delivery, failure to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, eyewear, ventilation), or user experience level with SLA, DLP, or LCD 3D printing. Resins must be handled and disposed of in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) provided by the resin manufacturer.

3D printers, laser engravers, and CNC machines: These are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which are provided with each unit. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the unit is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Units that have been powered on, used, or modified may only be eligible for warranty service through the manufacturer and are subject to inspection before any refund is issued.

Spare parts and components: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. P&D Distributions LLC is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from installation on equipment models other than those explicitly listed as compatible on the product page, nor for damage caused by improper installation.
