SUPPLIES3D is a brand operated by P&D Distributions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its registered office at 150 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 404, Miami, FL 33131. 1. Two Categories of Products

SUPPLIES3D offers two categories of products, each subject to different shipping conditions:

  • Proprietary Products — Products we stock and ship directly from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. These include filaments of the brands IIID MAX, Fremover, and Dynalabs, as well as selected 3D printers and spare parts identified as "Shipped from our Miami warehouse" on the product page.
  • Partner Products (Shopify Collective) — Products sold through a partnership program with other U.S.-based merchants via Shopify Collective. These products are fulfilled and shipped directly by the partner merchant from their own U.S. warehouse. This includes most 3D printers, 3D printing resins (for SLA/DLP/LCD printers), spare parts, laser engravers, and CNC machines listed on our website.

All sections below apply to both categories unless otherwise specified.

2. Proprietary Products — Order Processing

  • Handling time: Proprietary orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our Miami warehouse (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST are considered received on the following business day for handling-time purposes.
  • Ships from: 11701 NW 102 Road #10, Miami, FL 33178, United States.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Partner Products (Shopify Collective) — Order Processing

  • Handling and shipping: Partner products are fulfilled by the partner merchant directly from their own U.S.-based facility. Handling times, shipping origins, and carriers are determined by the partner merchant.
  • Typical handling time: 1 to 5 business days, depending on the partner.
  • Tracking: Tracking information for partner products is provided by the partner merchant and forwarded to you by email as soon as it becomes available.
  • Split shipments: Orders that include both proprietary and partner products may be shipped in separate packages from different origins. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations

SUPPLIES3D currently ships only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Partner products are subject to the same destination restrictions.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1 Free Shipping (Proprietary filaments only)

Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States is offered on orders that contain exclusively filaments of the following proprietary brands:

  • IIID MAX
  • Fremover
  • Dynalabs

If an order contains filaments from the free-shipping brands listed above together with any other product (including partner products or proprietary 3D printers and spare parts), standard shipping rates will apply to the entire order, calculated at checkout.

5.2 Calculated Shipping (all other products)

For orders containing 3D printers, 3D printing resins, spare parts, laser engravers, CNC machines, or any other product not listed under Section 5.1, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination ZIP code, and the shipping origin of each item (our Miami warehouse or a partner warehouse).

5.3 Heavy Equipment

For 3D printers, laser engravers, CNC machines, and other bulky equipment, the standard shipping service is curbside delivery. If you require inside delivery, lift-gate service, or additional handling, please contact us at info@supplies3d.shop prior to placing your order so we can coordinate a custom quote with the fulfilling warehouse.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the fulfilling warehouse, the shipping carrier, the destination, and the service selected at checkout.

  • Proprietary products: typical transit times within the contiguous United States range from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch from Miami.
  • Partner products: typical transit times range from 3 to 10 business days after dispatch from the partner warehouse.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. SUPPLIES3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • Tracking updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to appear in their system after dispatch.
  • Delayed orders: If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@supplies3d.shop with your name and order number. For partner products, our team will coordinate with the partner merchant to investigate the delay with the carrier.

8. Freight Damage and Inspection Policy

Important: High-Value Equipment Notice. Due to the size and sensitivity of 3D printing equipment and certain spare parts, many of our products ship via specialized freight carriers. The following inspection steps apply to all freight shipments, whether fulfilled by SUPPLIES3D or by a partner merchant:

  1. Inspect before signing. Carefully examine the exterior of the packaging (crates, boxes, or pallet wrap) for any signs of damage — punctures, crushed corners, moisture — before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).
  2. Noting damage. If you see any visible damage to the packaging, you must write "Subject to Inspection: Damaged" on the BOL before the driver leaves.
  3. Refusing delivery. If the equipment appears severely damaged (for example, the unit is visible through a hole in the packaging or is tilted on the pallet), please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at info@supplies3d.shop.
  4. Concealed damage. If you discover damage after unpacking the unit, you must report it to SUPPLIES3D within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged equipment and send them to info@supplies3d.shop along with your order number.

Warning: Signing the Bill of Lading without noting damage constitutes an "as-is" acceptance of the delivery. SUPPLIES3D (or the fulfilling partner merchant) may be unable to process a replacement or refund if the damage was not documented at the time of delivery.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier's tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided.
  3. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@supplies3d.shop within 7 days of the reported delivery date so we can assist in opening a claim with the carrier (or coordinate with the partner merchant for partner products).

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. SUPPLIES3D and its partner merchants are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

11. Returns

Returns are processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which specifies different return procedures for proprietary and partner products. In summary:

  • Proprietary products are returned to our warehouse at 11701 NW 102 Road #10, Miami, FL 33178.
  • Partner products are returned directly to the partner merchant, in accordance with the instructions we will provide upon request.

Please do not return any product without first contacting us to confirm the correct return address.
