The Nitehawk Hexa is a purpose-built USB hub and power distribution board designed for multi-toolhead 3D printers — IDEX systems, toolchangers, and any setup running multiple USB-based toolboards simultaneously. It combines six Nitehawk USB adapter ports, a USB 2.0 hub, and a 24V power splitter into a single compact PCB, replacing what would otherwise be a rats nest of individual cables, adapters, and splitters with a single clean solution.

A single 24V power cable and one upstream USB-C cable handle both power and data for up to six downstream toolboards at once. No additional software, no drivers, no complex configuration — it works exactly like a standard USB hub the moment you plug it in.
