If you installed an E3D Revo hotend on a custom build, did a cable extension, or your original Revo wiring is too short to reach your printer's mainboard — this is the kit that fixes it. Two pre-made cables, correct connectors on both ends, ready to plug in. No soldering required.

⚠️ Important before you buy: These cables are designed exclusively for the E3D RapidChange Revo HeaterCore. They are NOT compatible with standard E3D V6 heater blocks, Volcano heater blocks, or any other hotend system. If you're not running a Revo HeaterCore, this kit is not for you.

What's in the Box — Plain and Simple

Think of your hotend as a kitchen stove. It needs two things to work: heat (the heater) and a thermometer (the temperature sensor). This kit gives you longer versions of those two wires — one for each — so your Revo HeaterCore can talk to your printer's motherboard even if you've moved things around or built a custom setup.

• 1 × Heater Extension Cable — Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 (female) on the hotend side, 2× E0508 ferrule ends on the board side. This powers the heater inside your HeaterCore.
• 1 × Temperature Sensor Extension Cable — Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 (female) on the hotend side, Molex SL 2-pin horizontal connector on the board side. This reads the temperature and sends it back to your printer.

Which Variant Do You Need?

⚠️ Not sure which to pick? If you're on a stock Prusa, choose the Prusa variant that matches your model. If you're on anything else — custom printer, converted machine, extended cable run — go Universal. The 1-meter length gives you plenty of reach for almost any build.

Connector Reference

Cables are rated for up to 80°C ambient temperature — suitable for enclosed chamber builds running ABS, ASA, or Nylon.
