TPU FLEXIBLE FILAMENT

TPU Flexible Filament — Rubber-Like 3D Prints

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) filament produces flexible, rubber-like parts that no rigid filament can replicate. Our TPU 95A formulation offers a balanced Shore hardness that is firm enough to print reliably while remaining flexible enough for functional applications like phone cases, gaskets, bumpers, grips, wearables, and shock-absorbing components.

Our High Speed TPU is engineered for direct drive extruders on modern printers like Bambu Lab and performs well on Bowden setups when printed at moderate speeds. The 95A hardness provides a good balance between flexibility and structural support — soft enough to bend, firm enough to hold its shape.

TPU can be more sensitive to moisture than PLA, so keeping your spool sealed and dry is especially important. Wet TPU tends to produce bubbles and rough surfaces. All our TPU ships vacuum-sealed with desiccant for fresh, ready-to-print performance.

Need rigid parts instead? PLA filament is the easiest option, while PETG filament offers durability for functional components. Compare all materials in our 3D Printing Filaments guide.
