Carbon Fiber PLA Filament — Lightweight Rigidity

Carbon fiber PLA filament combines the easy printability of PLA+ with chopped carbon fiber reinforcement for increased rigidity, reduced warping, and improved dimensional stability. The result is a material that produces strong, lightweight parts with a professional matte black texture.

Our Carbon Fiber PLA+ is high speed compatible and ideal for structural components, drone frames, RC parts, tool handles, jigs, and any application where stiffness-to-weight ratio matters. The carbon fiber reinforcement also significantly reduces stringing and produces exceptionally clean prints.

Important: carbon fiber filament is abrasive. A hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle is strongly recommended to avoid premature wear on standard brass nozzles. Print settings are similar to standard PLA with slightly higher temperatures for optimal layer adhesion.
