The Zero G Nebula Frame Kit by LDO Motors is the complete extrusion set for the Mercury One.1 Nebula enclosure — every piece pre-cut to exact BOM length, tapped on both ends, and anodized before it ships. No cutting, no tapping, no filing. Available in two sizes — Pro (255) for Ender 5 Pro conversions and Plus (370) for Ender 5 Plus — and multiple anodized color options. Add your own panels and hardware to complete the Nebula enclosure.

⚠️ Extrusions only. This kit does not include panels, hardware fasteners, printed parts, or foam tape. For a complete build, panels and a hardware kit are sold separately.
⚠️ Does not reuse stock Ender 5 extrusions. The Nebula frame is a full replacement — none of the original printer's extrusions carry over into the enclosure build.

Pre-Cut, Tapped, and Anodized — Ready to Build Out of the Box

Most frame extrusion kits ship raw and require the builder to cut lengths, tap ends, and deal with anodize-over-cut edges that look unfinished. The LDO Nebula frame kit ships fully finished: every extrusion is cut to its exact BOM-specified length, tapped at both ends for M5 fasteners, and anodized after cutting — not before — so the cut faces are clean and the finish is consistent across the entire frame. This is the same manufacturing standard LDO applies to their Voron printer kits, applied here to the Nebula frame. The result is a frame that assembles cleanly and looks finished from every angle, not just from the front.

Two Sizes — Pro (255) and Plus (370)

The Nebula enclosure is designed around two Ender 5 platform sizes:

Multiple Anodized Colors — LDO Black and Space Grey

The frame kit is available in LDO Black and Space Grey anodized finish — the same color options used across LDO's full printer hardware lineup. The color selection lets you match the aesthetic of your Mercury One.1 printed parts and accent colors intentionally rather than working around whatever color generic extrusion suppliers ship.

What Mercury One.1 Builders Need to Know

The Nebula enclosure is the official Zero G enclosure solution for the Mercury One.1 platform — a CoreXY conversion for the Ender 5 family designed by the Zero G team. The Nebula frame creates a fully enclosed print volume around the Mercury One.1 motion system, enabling ABS, ASA, and engineering material printing in a thermally stable chamber. The frame kit here covers the enclosure extrusions specifically — not the Mercury One.1 printer frame itself (which uses the stock Ender 5 extrusions or a separate kit).

The pre-cut, pre-tapped, pre-anodized extrusions eliminate the most time-consuming and error-prone parts of frame construction, letting you focus on the printed parts and assembly rather than metal fabrication.
