BIQU Panda Revo Hotend for Bambu Lab X1C, P1P and P1S — E3D RapidChange Revo Ecosystem, 40 mm³/s, Tool-Free Nozzle Swaps

The BIQU Panda Revo is the hotend upgrade Bambu Lab X1 and P1 owners have been waiting for. Co-developed by BIQU and E3D, it replaces the stock hotend with a drop-in assembly that integrates the full E3D RapidChange Revo™ ecosystem — giving you tool-free, 30-second nozzle swaps at room temperature, a high-flow rate of up to 40 mm³/s, and access to the widest nozzle selection available for Bambu platform printers. No soldering. No adapters. Reuse your stock screws.

Compatible with: Bambu Lab X1C, P1P, P1S.

⚠️ Not compatible with Bambu Lab X1E. The X1E uses a different hotend interface — see the E3D HTA hotend for X1E compatibility.
⚠️ Not compatible with the Revo Belt Nozzle. All other Revo™ nozzles are supported.
⚠️ Hot tightening is NOT required. Nozzle changes are performed at room temperature with fingers only — do not hot tighten Revo nozzles.
⚠️ Allow hotend to cool below 50°C and power off the printer before installation.

30-Second Tool-Free Nozzle Changes — The Core Advantage of the Revo Ecosystem

The stock Bambu hotend is a sealed unit. When you need to change nozzle size, switch to a hardened nozzle for abrasive filaments, or deal with a clog, you're replacing the entire assembly. The Panda Revo eliminates this entirely. E3D's RapidChange Revo™ system integrates the nozzle and heatbreak into a single sealed, self-aligning unit that twists in and out with two fingers — at room temperature, no tools, no hot tightening required. A nozzle swap that used to mean downtime and a replacement hotend order now takes 30 seconds between prints.

60W E3D HeaterCore — Faster Heating, Higher Flow, PTC Safety

The Panda Revo ships with a custom 60W E3D HeaterCore — significantly more powerful than the stock Bambu heater — which enables the hotend to sustain high temperatures during fast, high-flow printing without thermal sagging or lag. The HeaterCore uses a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) design, meaning it self-regulates: as it approaches its target temperature, resistance increases and power draw drops naturally, reducing the risk of thermal runaway. Combined with the included NTC100k thermistor, the Panda Revo delivers faster heat-up times and more stable extrusion temperatures across the full print session.

40 mm³/s Flow Rate — Unlock the True Speed of Your Bambu Printer

The included 0.4mm Revo™ High Flow (HF) nozzle is rated for up to 40 mm³/s — a significant jump over the stock hotend's volumetric ceiling. For slicer configuration, set Max Volumetric Speed under Filament settings to 35–40 mm³/s depending on your material. If you see signs of under-extrusion, lower the value incrementally until quality is restored. This headroom is what allows your Bambu's CoreXY motion system to run at its rated speeds without the hotend becoming the bottleneck on demanding prints.

Factory-Sealed Revo Nozzles — Zero Leaks by Design

Standard hotends rely on tight torque between nozzle and heatblock to create a leak-free seal — which is exactly why hot tightening exists and why leaks happen when it's skipped or over-torqued. Revo nozzles work differently. The nozzle and heatbreak form a factory-sealed, self-aligning assembly where the seal is created by the geometry of the parts, not by torque. The result is a consistently leak-proof joint every time, regardless of who installs it or how many times it's been swapped.

Full Revo™ Nozzle Ecosystem Compatibility

Once you're on the Panda Revo, your nozzle choices expand dramatically. The entire E3D RapidChange Revo™ nozzle lineup is directly compatible — brass, hardened steel, ObXidian high-flow, and more — all swappable in 30 seconds without tools. Switch from a 0.4mm brass nozzle for PLA to a hardened 0.6mm for carbon fiber-filled materials between prints. The only exception is the Revo Belt Nozzle, which is not compatible with this hotend.

Drop-In Installation — No Adapters, No Mounts, No Modifications

The Panda Revo is designed to be a direct replacement for the stock Bambu hotend assembly. It reuses your existing printer screws — no additional mounting hardware, no 3D printed adapters, no wiring modifications. Installation takes a few minutes following the included QR code instructions or the video guide below. The heatsink fan from your stock hotend transfers directly to the Panda Revo.

When Do You Need This?

The Panda Revo is the right upgrade if you're regularly swapping nozzles — or wish you could without a 20-minute teardown. It's also the correct move when you've pushed your Bambu to its speed limits and the stock hotend is throttling your volumetric output. And if you've ever had a stock hotend clog force a full replacement, the Panda Revo pays for itself the first time a nozzle swap saves you a hotend order. For anyone printing a variety of materials — standard PLA one day, abrasive CF-nylon the next — the Revo nozzle ecosystem makes material-specific nozzle management practical for the first time on a Bambu platform.

Slicer Configuration Note

In Bambu Studio or Orca Slicer, navigate to Filament settings → Max Volumetric Speed and set it to 35–40 mm³/s depending on your filament. Start at 35 mm³/s and increase if quality allows. For detailed per-filament settings, refer to the E3D filament starter settings guide .
