Corvus ATX — Voron-Inspired 3D-Printed PC Case Kit by MandicReally × LDO Systems, 2020 Extrusion Frame, ATX, Water-Cooling Ready

What if the Voron Design team built a PC case instead of a 3D printer? They didn't — but MandicReally and DonaldSayers did. The Corvus ATX is a fully 3D-printed, extrusion-framed ATX computer case built on the same design language as Voron printers: 2020 aluminum blind joint extrusion skeleton, acrylic panels, and a lot of printed parts. This West3D × LDO Systems edition includes all hardware needed to build the frame, plus custom LDO-designed components (power button PCB and custom buttons) — giving you a maker-grade PC case that looks like it came out of the same lab as your Voron.

This is not an official Voron Design project. Every purchase directly supports the MandicReally studio and includes a donation to the Voron Design Team.

⚠️ Printed parts NOT included. You must print all structural parts, brackets, and panels from the files on Printables before assembly. All STLs are optimized for common beds including Prusa MK4 and Bambu X1.
⚠️ PC components NOT included — motherboard, GPU, PSU, CPU cooler, RAM, drives, and fans must be sourced separately.
⚠️ Acrylic panels are optional — available as an add-on at checkout. DXF files for custom cuts are included with the print files if you prefer to source your own panels locally.

2020 Extrusion Frame — Voron Construction for a PC Case

The Corvus ATX uses the same 2020 aluminum blind joint extrusion skeleton found in every Voron printer — the same hardware, the same T-nut system, the same construction philosophy. The frame ships with the LDO kit's precision-cut extrusions: 8× 400mm + 4× 200mm as the default spec, available in black or space grey anodized finish. Everything bolts together with blind joints and M5 hardware exactly as a Voron frame does — familiar to anyone who has built a Voron, and buildable by anyone who has the manual. The printed parts handle all the structural connections, panel mounting, and PC hardware integration that a commercial case would machine in sheet metal.

ATX Full-Size Layout — GPU, PSU, Water-Cooling, and More

Despite its maker aesthetic, the Corvus ATX is engineered around real PC hardware clearances:

Motherboard ATX form factor
GPU clearance Up to ~400mm length
CPU cooler clearance Up to 199mm tall air tower
PSU Standard ATX — basement-mounted
Top fans 3× 120mm
Exhaust fans 140mm + 60mm (mounts included)
Water cooling Radiator, distro plate, pump/reservoir, hardline tubing mounts
Drive mounting Via printed brackets (files included)
Side panel Hinged magnetic panel — Voron panel clamps

LDO Custom Components — Buttons and PCB

The West3D × LDO Systems edition includes custom LDO-designed components not found in the base kit — a purpose-built PCB and custom power/reset buttons machined and engineered specifically for this case. These replace the generic panel-mount solutions and give the Corvus ATX the same quality-of-hardware feel as LDO's 3D printer kits.

Open Source and Fully Remixable

The Corvus ATX is designed to be modified. All print files are available on Printables with STEP and F3D files included for remixing. The case supports standard Voron LED mounts and other Voron ecosystem mods directly — if you have a mod that fits a 2020 extrusion frame, it likely fits here too. Want a different color scheme? Print the parts in your accent color. Want a larger case? Modify the extrusion lengths and reprint the brackets. The architecture is the same modular system Voron builders already know.

Who Is This For?

The Corvus ATX is the build for a 3D printing enthusiast who has spent time with Voron hardware and wants that same construction quality and aesthetic applied to their PC. If you've built a Voron and want your workstation to match — or if you want a PC case that's remixable, documented, open-source, and built from the same components you already trust — this is the kit. It's also the correct choice for anyone who wants to support the maker community directly: every sale supports MandicReally's studio and includes a donation to the Voron Design Team.
