Satin Texture — Adhesion Without the Mess

The Glacier's satin surface finish provides a balance between the aggressive grip of textured PEI and the smooth release of polished plates. Parts adhere firmly during printing and release cleanly once the plate drops to room temperature — no flex required, no spatula battles. The finish leaves a consistent satin surface on the bottom of prints, which is noticeably cleaner than the rough underside that textured PEI produces.

Recommended Settings

• PLA: bed temperature ~50°C
• PETG: bed temperature ~70°C
• ABS / PA: standard material temperatures apply
• ⚠ Do NOT use IPA on this plate — IPA degrades cool plate surfaces. Clean with water only.

Care & Maintenance

• Do NOT use IPA or any alcohol-based cleaner — this degrades the cool plate surface permanently
• Clean with warm water and a soft cloth
• Allow the plate to cool fully before attempting to remove prints — the release is temperature-dependent
• Avoid sharp tools on the print surface
