Most engineers also never need to print\n  parts that survive 170°C in continuous service, pass aerospace flame\n  tests, resist automotive fluids without degrading, or maintain their\n  mechanical properties in environments where every other 3D printing\n  material has long since failed. If you're here, you're probably not\n  most engineers.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\n  \u003cstrong\u003ePEI Ultem 1010\u003c\/strong\u003e sits at the top of the FDM material\n  hierarchy for a reason. With a \u003cstrong\u003eglass transition temperature\n  of 217°C\u003c\/strong\u003e, continuous service capability up to\n  \u003cstrong\u003e170°C\u003c\/strong\u003e, inherent flame retardancy rated\n  \u003cstrong\u003eUL94 V-0\u003c\/strong\u003e, and chemical resistance to automotive\n  fluids, halogenated hydrocarbons, and aqueous solutions — it delivers\n  performance that no amount of annealing or post-processing can extract\n  from PETG, PC, or ABS.
